show Abstracthide AbstractThe intestinal tract is a crucial organ for digestion and absorption of feed nutri-ents in animals, closely linked to a range of physiological and biochemical processes, contributing to the animal's nutrition and overall health. The cecum, with the highest microbial colonization and the most abundant and di-verse microbial community in the broiler gut, is crucial for the overall performance in poultry. The full-length 16S rRNA gene of the cecal microflora in broilers was used for Alpha diversity, Beta diversity, and microbial composition analysis to in-vestigate differences in samples among groups.
